Hiding my pregnancy at work

I am currently 9 weeks and already starting to show, as this is my second pregnancy. Some coworkers have guessed I’m pregnant because I didn’t drink at the company holiday party and avoided certain dishes. I’ve sworn them to secrecy because I don’t want my boss to know. I’m in the middle of contract negotiations, and I’m afraid he would tell corporate and I wouldn’t get the raise I’ve earned once they realize I’ll be out on maternity leave at the end of the year. (I’ve had issues in the past with this boss being controlling when I aked for more PTO or needed personal time for family). When should I tell him that I’m expecting? I’m tempted to wait until after the contract negotiations but it’s becoming so obvious on my body and I’m nervous one of my colleagues might say something.
